wouldn’t you need a permit to buy a fox/need to be in a state where it is legal..
it depends on the state in regards to a permit. some states you do, of course, but there are some where you don’t! most states require permits for things like lions and tigers and things. uwu at least in my state, foxes are regarded similarly to pet raccoons.
