This is why we need legislation that adds gender identity/expression to nondiscrimination policies. This is why he need insurance companies taken to task and have them remove the exclusions for treating transgender folk from their policies. This is why we need affordable health care and then ACCESS to that healthcare. This is why we need more resources….period.
