I see these post about parents Telling kids to grow up

I’m sitting here like well we see where that has gotten the younger generation. Pregnant at young ages, drug addicts, thugs ect.
My mom says I need to act my age and I do I’m very childish though I won’t lie. I’m mature when I need to be but other than that I’m going to be my childish self. I’m going to watch anime and cartoons, draw read manga and comics Cosplay and be myself. My mom ask me how I’m going to get a job acting the way I do and I told her I want to be a game programer for a company I fell in love with when I was 11 Square Enix I kid you not i was fascinated with Final Fantasy I love Vincent. I want to be a programmer so I can work on the games I grew up with and watched evolve i want to meet the artist who does the artwork for FF and Vampire Hunter D his work is amazing and inspired me to where if I can be a game artist I can do want I have an aptitude for which is programming. Yes my dreams may be childish and whimsical but I’m committed to them it’s what I aspire to do even if it isn’t square Enix at first maybe Nitro+ , or Ubersoft maybe even Sony or LG as a programmer. So yes I’m a kid I play video games, watch anime and dress up as Characters i love but unlike youth today I aspire for my dreams and don’t let others influence them. Maybe it’s because of how i was treated when I was younger maybe not but still. I am not a child but I’m not an adult. I am me Childish and mature when called for an i won’t grow up to be like what the youth today believes an adult is.
